You’ll help customers feel confident and excited about their new vehicle by providing personalized vehicle deliveries, hands-on technology demonstrations, and continued support after the sale. Duties & Responsibilities: Deliver an outstanding customer experience during every interaction Guide customers through Acura vehicle features, technology, apps, and connected services Support the sales team by answering customer questions regarding product features and benefits Conduct personalized vehicle deliveries and technology walkthroughs Schedule and perform “Encore Deliveries” to ensure customers fully understand their vehicle systems Follow up with customers after delivery to promote satisfaction and long-term loyalty Stay current on Acura products, emerging technology, and vehicle innovations Serve as a technology resource for dealership staff and customers Assist with customer events, product demonstrations, and dealership engagement activities Maintain a professional appearance and uphold high ethical standards
