Who are we hiring:

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, HRIS with strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, HR Help Desk, and Security. This role focuses on enabling business processes through functional configuration, user experience optimization, and secure system design, while partnering closely with HR and business stakeholders to deliver effective, scalable solutions.

The Senior Analyst will play a key role in the day-to-day support, enhancement, and continuous improvement of the Oracle HCM Cloud platform, leveraging modern tools such as Sandbox, Redwood UX, Visual Builder, and HCM Design Studio to deliver intuitive and efficient user experiences .

What will you do?

• Lead functional configuration and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management (Goals, Performance, Talent Reviews), Learning, and HR Help Desk.
• Configure and maintain HCM Security, including role ‑ based access, data security, job roles, abstract roles, and security profiles to ensure compliance and least ‑ privilege access.
