The Executive Benefits & Compensation Analyst Iis responsible for calculating the accounting for Trustmark’s bank owned life insurance (BOLI), Executive Benefit Plans [the Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plan (NQDC), the Supplemental Executive & Director Retirement Plan (SERP), the Stock Compensation Plan (SICP) and the Defined Benefit Retirement Plans (DBP)], and some general benefit programs.
