Director of Employment & Community Integration

At Linwood Center, we're seeking a Director of Employment & Community Integration to provide strategic leadership for our Adult Services programs, including Supported Employment, Community Integration and Day Habilitation. What You’ll Do Ensure Linwood’s Individuals and teams are provided ongoing collaborative process that empowers Individuals to direct their own lives, care, and community integration. Ensure teams focus on our Individuals unique strengths, goals, and personal preferences. Ensure program and services exceed all licensing requirements and that all federal, state and local regulations are met. Ensure the integration of Linwood’s employment program. This includes the oversight and management of operations. Facilitate family and community involvement. Ensure optimal enrollment in all programs. This includes recruiting new program participants and working with families, service coordinators, school systems and DDA.
