Patients and their families rely on Compass Health Center when in crisis – every day, we help people overcome depression, anxiety, suicidality, obsessions/compulsions, trauma, chronic pain, and other obstacles in order for our patients to live freely.
About This Role

- Lead multidisciplinary treatment teams consisting of therapists, dietitians, nurses, family therapists, and other psychiatric providers.
- Collaborate with treatment team members to develop and adjust individualized treatment plans that support medical and psychiatric stabilization, nutritional rehabilitation, and long-term recovery.
- Participate in family and care coordination efforts to support successful transitions across levels of care.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance regarding psychiatric treatment recommendations and risk assessment.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational, regulatory, and payer requirements.
- Support patient care across both Chicago-based and virtual programming as clinically indicated.<span data-ccp-props="{}&qu
