Summary Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with the Maintenance Team Lead, the Custodian – PT is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment at the Nexus Family Recovery Center Facility. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provides a safe and clean environment in assigned areas. Responds to facilities tickets for housekeeping as assigned by the Maintenance Team Lead. Assures that cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained, stocked, and ordered in a timely manner. Reports any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Team Lead. Assists with the upkeep of building and grounds of Nexus Family Recovery Center. Demonstrates regular, predictable attendance and punctuality. Other duties within the organization as assigned.
