Who We Are: For the past 40 years, Augusta ENT PC has been providing a full spectrum of specialty care for people of all ages across the CSRA and Statesboro. With 5 offices, 16 physicians, and a variety of services Augusta ENT PC strives to help everyone feel their very best. Duties: Maintain the flow, inventory, and cleanliness of the back office. Bring patients back into the rooms, obtain vitals, record their history and medication in chart, assess/document their HPI. Our Ideal Candidate: Our Ideal candidate is a multi-tasker with great customer service, communication, and data entry skills A team player who is flexible and dependable. Prior clinical experience or CMA certification is preferred. Skills and Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to Multi-task effectively and efficiently • Computer skills – strong data entry • High integrity, team player with patient service focus and flexibility • Previous customer service experience Benfits: We offer comprehensive insurance options for full-time employees and their families, 401(k), generous paid time off, and paid holidays.
