A fun, energetic, engaging position assisting aftercare teachers with students K-5th grades. Responsibilities Assist in supervising children during after school activities Assist with homework time and recreational play Model Christian values Support staff with setup, cleanup, and transitions Required Skills/Abilities Display Christian character and maturity Have a servant’s heart and a willingness to assist Has a full understanding and is in agreement with the Statement of Faith of Silverdale Baptist Academy and has a strong commitment to school philosophy Understand the Mission and Vision of Silverdale Baptist Academy Committed to protecting the culture of SBA Models Christian values Commitment to a Biblical worldview Understands that education is an atmosphere, a discipline, a life, and a science of relations Understands that teaching is a ministry and that their role is to be the “Living Curriculum” for students Maintains a professional standard of dress and an engaging personality Prompt and continuous attendance on campus
