About the Role Impact you will make As the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving strategic decision-making by leveraging data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights. Your analysis will directly support field sales and leadership across various departments in shaping the strategy, guiding key initiatives, and enhancing sales performance. In close partnership with teams across marketing, finance, product, and the Commercial department, you’ll help uncover market trends, identify growth opportunities, and enhance understanding of the FinThrive portfolio's reach. By leading data and analytics initiatives focused on sales operations, you will be instrumental in optimizing overall commercial go-to-market efforts. What you will do • Data Analysis & Insight Generation • Aggregate, analyze, and interpret sales performance data across platforms including Gong, Salesforce, and BI tools to produce accurate, actionable insights for Commercial leadership and sellers (including Market Development Team and Solution Consulting & Enablement). • Leverage Gong conversation data (calls, meetings, and engagement signals) to identify patterns in winning and losing deals, informing coaching, messaging, and sales strategy. • Create, maintain, and refine key performance metrics and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and other analytics tools to support sales and performance improvement goals. • Leverage historical data and trends to forecast future growth, identify potential risks, and support proactive course-correction measures. • Support Strategic Decision-Making • Provide timely insights and data-driven recommendations for territory planning, compensation structure, and enablement initiatives, contributing to the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. • Collaborate with Solutions Consulting & Enablement, Market Development Team, and Sales teams to provide performance trends and analysis that highlight growth opportunities. • Data Integrity & Quality Assurance • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all sales data sources, implementing QA processes to maintain high data integrity. Work with the Director of Sales Operations to establish a standard operating procedure for regularly scheduled data hygiene checks across key commercial data. • Document, structure, and manage data updates within platforms such as Salesforce, Excel, and Power BI, adhering to privacy and security protocols. • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work with key stakeholders across departments (e.g., finance, product, marketing, customer success) to develop cross-functional data programs that enhance strategic initiatives. • Support M&A integration activities by consolidating and analyzing data from newly acquired sources, ensuring seamless reporting integration. • Process Optimization & Automation • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation in data reporting, making insights more accessible and actionable for sales leaders. • Develop prescriptive analyses and data “doses” (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) that are easily consumable and support proactive sales efforts. • Documentation & Presentation • Assist in preparing data and insights for executive-level presentations, such as, but not limited to Weekly Commercial Sales Meetings, Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, ELT/SLT meetings, and Board of Director meetings. • Document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within Salesforce and other analytics tools. What you will bring • Demonstrated experience working with Gong (or similar conversation intelligence platform), including administration, reporting, and driving organizational adoption • Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Salesforce.com with the ability to integrate and model data across multiple systems • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, finance, data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role, with a track record of supporting business operations at scale • 3+ years working specifically in Sales, Marketing or Commercial Operations • Basic to advanced SQL and data modeling skills • Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex Gong and sales data into clear, actionable insights for leadership • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute proactively to evolving business needs What we would like to see • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Mathematics, Business Intelligence, Finance, or a related field • Experience with AI and machine learning in analytics is a plus About FinThrive FinThrive is advancing the healthcare economy.
