PRODUCTION PLANNER

Develop and implement detailed production plans and schedules to meet company targets and objectives. Connect with team members, supervisors, and managers to coordinate production plans and deal with issues such as equipment maintenance, resources, and materials. Participate to daily production meetings to communicate and align cross-functional teams on daily and weekly production goals. Monitor the progress of production and review factors that affect production schedules regularly to ensure line efficiency. Collaborate with internal logistic teams (sales, buyer and packaging planners) to ensure that production materials are available in a timely manner. Oversee inventory of raw materials and finished products, and adjust production plans as necessary to minimize costs and maximize efficiency. Develop and present reports on production status and progress to the upper management for strategic decision-making. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, identifying and implementing changes to optimize production planning processes. Track plan fulfillment closely, adjusting production schedules as needed to meet targets and objectives.
