Job Title: Contract Project Manager (Maternity Leave Coverage) Location: Seattle, WA ARCCA is seeking a contract Project Manager to provide maternity leave coverage. This individual will support a variety of cross-functional initiatives, partnering with business and functional teams to drive projects from planning through execution while maintaining clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and accountability. Responsibilities Provide timely and consistent communication to project teams through recurring meetings, meeting agendas, meeting notes, project plans, diagrams, and status updates. Demonstrate the ability to quickly pivot between a variety of functional areas and business topics. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing varying goals, timelines, priorities, and teams. Lead and collaborate with functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify tasks, dependencies, ownership, and timelines, while driving activities to successful completion. Effectively manage teams with competing priorities and objectives, building consensus and maintaining forward progress. Incorporate change management principles into project planning and execution. Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.
