Floating House Manager - Residential Treatment Center

Assume the leadership role in the overall management of the living unit. Responsible for mentoring, coaching, and supporting direct care staff to ensure the treatment plans of individuals in the home are implemented appropriately. Supervise, mentor, and assist in the delivery of the program to assist individuals in requiring the skill and self-esteem needed to establish and achieve personal goals. Full-time floating with flexible schedule.
