Manufacturing Associate

No manufacturing experience? No problem. D&W Diesel is looking for dependable people with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. If you've worked in food service, construction, landscaping, warehousing, automotive, or another hands-on job, we'll provide the training you need to succeed in manufacturing. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and being part of a team that takes pride in building quality products, we'd love to meet you. What you’ll do: • Teardown and assemble products according to work instructions and quality standards. • Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely. • Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality specifications. • Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions and production documentation. • Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area. • Work as part of a manufacturing cell to meet daily production goals. • Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and workflow. • Follow all company safety policies and procedures. What we’re looking for: • Excellent attendance and reliability. • Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required. • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. • Commitment to safety and producing quality work.
