About the PraxDigital Team, Designation & Role Designation: Specialist Architect (SA2) - PraxDigital Team About the role: As a Solution Architect , you'll be the key link between client business needs and the technical implementation, driving high-impact solutions in a consulting environment. You'll collaborate directly with client senior management to diagnose business problems and architect the technology solutions that deliver tangible business value. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Ownership: Run and manage one to three projects end-to-end, taking full ownership of deliverables. Client Solutioning: Drive thought leadership in projects and come up with compelling approaches, frameworks, and technology solutions to client problems. Diagnostics & Customization: Understand client requirements and customize the project scope and services as per their needs. Delivery Management: Lead project delivery and manage delivery teams to drive client satisfaction. Research & Analysis: Drive high-quality research and analysis by teams. Stakeholder Management: Lead and deliver high-quality client presentations and maintain relationships with existing clients. T eam Collaboration: Tag team with Praxis domain partners in the vertical to bring their expertise into the delivery. P rocess Management: Manage the scope and delivery of projects along with end-to-end client process management. C ompetencies and Skills Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience Consulting Expertise: Strong ability to frame a problem, define a technical approach to solving it using the consulting toolkit, and create work plans for solution delivery. Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Solutioning & Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to research, analyze and communicate key commercial value drivers. Leadership: Proven track record in leading a team of at least 3 consulting team members end-to-end. Client Focus: Excellent communication skills, client management skills, and the ability to understand client needs and develop trusted relationships. T eam Building: Ability to coach and build skills in delivery teams and act as a role model. P roposal Creation: Ability to create impactful proposals for specific projects with a tailored approach.
