We are a veteran friendly organization that provides opportunities for additional training, career growth and advancement as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes: • Competitive starting pay • Excellent health benefits, including: ◦ Medical, dental, vision ◦ Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account ◦ Life insurance ◦ Parental leave • Paid time off and paid holidays • 401(k) with Company match • Encourage and support your continued advancement with additional training What you'll be involved in as the HRMS Leader: • Be the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the Dayforce system at Allegiance Trucks and Ascendance, Axial Reade portfolio companies • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements and translate them into system features and enhancements • Develop and maintain the Dayforce system roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives • Define and prioritize system features, functionalities, and enhancements based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility. • Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and system requirements to guide development and configuration • Conduct regular system analysis, monitoring system performance, and identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement • The conduit between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the system development lifecycle What skills do you need to make an impact in this role as the HRMS Leader: • Previous HRIS application experience: configuration, testing, and support knowledge (preferably Dayforce, but not essential) • Previous project delivery experience • Experience at managing different sets of data for different locations • People data migration experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable system features • Proven ability to deal with change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment • Strong stakeholder management skills are required • Have a passion for data excellence and proven track record in data migration and analytics • Ability to work in a fast-paced organization with demanding stakeholders Allegiance Trucks is committed to equal opportunity for all employees and applicants.
