Manager of Business Development

Responsible for leading and overseeing all business operations that support CRO customer base. Provides direct supervision and guidance to support personnel engaged in the receipt and evaluation of customer RFQs, development and presentation of customer quotations, processing of customer repair and purchase orders, material provisioning and procurement activities, performance and cost tracking, financial and operational audits, invoice coordination with accounting, customer analytics reporting, capability assessments for new components, and delivery of responsive customer service.
