About the role

As a Contracts Procurement Advisor , you will play a key role in delivering high-quality procurement support for Operations, Maintenance and Projects across Greece, Albania, Italy and Switzerland. You will help drive value, ensure compliance, and contribute to the successful management of both pre- and post-award procurement activities in a dynamic international environment. Your responsibilities Lead end-to-end procurement processes, from sourcing to contract award, while supporting key post-award activities. Prepare and manage tender packages and RFQs, oversee evaluation processes, shape negotiation strategies, and support competitive tendering through to contract award. Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective contract strategies. Support the full contract lifecycle, including amendments, claims, variations, extensions, renewals, contract sign-off, and performance monitoring. Track market trends and contribute to strong supplier relationship management across multiple countries. Ensure procurement activities are delivered in line with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements. Your profile Proven experience in procurement and contract management in an international environment, ideally within a heavy industry or oil and gas context. Strong knowledge of sourcing processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation in highly regulated environments. Ability to conduct detailed analysis of contractor comments and assess deviations from contractual terms and conditions. Ability to review and interpret contract clauses to mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and clarify ambiguous terms. Ability to analyse data, market trends, and commercial terms to support sound decision-making. Experience working with procurement tools, such as SAP, and the Microsoft Office suite. Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with English contract law and/or experience with FIDIC forms of contract is strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek. In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive: Compensation will be offered within a predefined and internally benchmarked salary range aligned with the role’s responsibilities and your experience. The base salary range for this position is EUR 47,000 to 50,000 gross per year + variable + standard TAP benefits. Equal pay principles and objective criteria are applied throughout the recruitment and reward process. TAP will not request information on previous or current salary during the recruitment process.
