Data Entry Specliast (Part-time & Temp)

Data Entry Specliast (Part-time & Temp) We require an Data Entry Specliast with previous experience in a similar role. The position is a part time (24 hours per week) The position is initially for a period of approx. 8 months, with the possibility of extension. Work hours are negotiable. Available for immediate start. Duties will include, but not be limited to:- Entering invoices and stock invoices into Retail Express and Xero Payment of bills and suppliers Processing and payment of payroll and super Bank account and credit card reconciliation Issuing credit notes to customers when requested by other staff Liaison with company accountant regarding Bas and Tax Required Skills/Experience:- Mature, confident in your abilities, energetic, friendly and flexible with a positive work attitude Able to work autonomously or as part of a team, with the ability to multitask Strong computer skills with accurate keyboard skills and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
