You'll help drive success by focusing on four key areas: Inspire & Engage Your Team Create a positive, collaborative work environment where associates feel valued and empowered. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to reach their full potential. Foster open communication and recognize employee contributions. Ensure every guest receives warm, attentive service and memorable hospitality. Promote a safe, welcoming, and inclusive workplace. Develop Talent Recruit, onboard, train, and retain high-performing associates. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular coaching and feedback. Lead ongoing training and development initiatives. Support department managers through consistent leadership coaching. Build a culture focused on growth, accountability, and continuous learning. Drive Operational Excellence Assist in overseeing all hotel operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional service. Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Support budgeting, financial planning, revenue optimization, and expense management. Partner with leadership on capital improvement projects and operational enhancements. Help ensure the hotel consistently exceeds brand and guest expectations. Protect & Strengthen the Brand Champion brand standards across every department. Support quality assurance initiatives and prepare for brand audits. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive occupancy and revenue.
