Business Analyst - Salesforce

Gen II Fund Services is looking for a Client Success Analyst to support and advance its Salesforce platform and centralized client portal. This individual will bridge business needs and technical delivery, driving platform adoption, documenting requirements, and ensuring solutions align to Gen II's client service and operational goals. The role reports to the Salesforce Product Owner and works closely with the Salesforce Architect and Administrator.
