What You’ll Do As a Recovery Specialist, you will: Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with consumers about their accounts. Listen carefully, understand consumer needs, and work together to create solutions. Negotiate and set up payment arrangements using our proven tools and resources. Update account information accurately and thoroughly. Follow compliance standards (we’ll train you!) to ensure respectful, ethical interactions.
