Manage and maintain data assets to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and consistency Develop data strategies and analytics frameworks to support pricing, portfolio management, and business insights Analyze portfolio performance and conduct experience studies to derive best estimates and inform quotations and repricing decisions Research and monitor latest development in analytics techniques and assess feasibility of adoption in analytic processes Engage actively with the regional Life and Health industry to strengthen Gen Re’s leadership in research, experience monitoring, and advanced analytics Participate in regional and international initiatives and projects
