About the role

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and improving mechanical systems and components. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective engineering solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Design, develop, and analyze mechanical systems, components, and products - Create and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation - Perform simulations, calculations, and stress/thermal analyses to validate designs - Build, test, and evaluate prototypes; troubleshoot and resolve design issues - Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and project teams to ensure designs are producible and compliant - Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements - Support continuous improvement initiatives for performance, reliability, and cost reduction - Participate in design reviews and contribute technical expertise throughout the product lifecycle REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with 4 YOE - Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and materials - Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or similar) - Experience with engineering analysis tools and methods - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering - Familiarity with GD&T, FEA, and/or CFD - Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
