Operations Manager _ Supply Growth

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Supply Growth Operations Manager to lead driver supply growth across Egypt. You will own end-to-end initiatives that improve driver acquisition, activation, retention, and productivity while ensuring a healthy marketplace balance. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, product, marketing, and data analytics. You'll identify growth opportunities, launch experiments, manage cross-functional projects, and build scalable solutions that drive sustainable marketplace growth.
