Sr. Director of Operations

The Senior Director of Operations is a national leadership role driving operational excellence and scalable growth across GT Independence’s multi‑state programs. This leader partners with executive and cross‑functional teams to standardize operations, improve performance, and ensure regulatory compliance in highly regulated environments. The role leads and develops regional operational leaders, oversees KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives, and serves as a senior escalation point for complex issues. Externally, this position represents GT Independence with state agencies and partners. This is a remote, national role with travel, ideal for a strategic, mission‑driven operations leader.
