Training Coordinator

Aerotek has an immediate opening for a Training Coordinator at the corporate office in Hanover, MD. OVERVIEW Reporting to the Manager of L&D Operations, the Training Coordinator supports the planning and execution of training programs by managing event logistics, calendars, budgets, rosters, and reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and coordination to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for participants and to support the broader Learning & Development team.
