Responsibilities:

You will assist with market research, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and business development activities while working closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

• Support the onboarding of telecom carriers, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), cloud service providers, and other connectivity partners to DataVolt's carrier-neutral data center.
• Assist in coordinating commercial discussions and negotiations with telecom operators and ISPs, supporting the execution of Carrier Agreements and related commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and external telecom partners to facilitate technical discussions, align project requirements, and support connectivity implementation.
• Conduct market research and analysis on the Uzbekistan data center, cloud, AI, telecommunications, and digital infrastructure sectors, identifying market trends and business opportunities.
• Assist in identifying and engaging prospective customers, strategic partners, and other stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of commercial proposals, presentations, reports, and business cases for customers, partners, and senior management.
• Assist in organizing customer meetings, workshops, technical sessions, site visits, and business development events.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical, legal, finance, marketing, and project development, to support commercial initiatives and project execution.
• Support stakeholder engagement with government entities, regulators, utilities, telecom operators, and industry organizations.
• Assist in maintaining customer pipelines, stakeholder databases, CRM records, and business development trackers.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Final-year undergraduate student or recent graduate.
• Bachelor's degree (or currently completing a Bachelor's degree) in Telecommunications, Networking, or a closely related field (mandatory).
• Fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of telecommunications networks, fiber connectivity, internet service providers (ISPs), and data center infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
