Team Lead, Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning

The Rainforest Alliance leads global monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) initiatives to support effective program implementation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making across multiple countries and partnerships. These efforts focus on strengthening data systems, ensuring high-quality evidence generation, and supporting teams with relevant insights to improve program performance and outcomes. We are looking for a Team Lead, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) to support the implementation and daily management of MEL activities. You will focus on operational delivery, coordination, and execution of MEL processes, working closely with internal teams, field staff, and external partners to ensure high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting.
