Team Leader - Starbucks - Dulles International Airport

Team leaders are responsible for the daily execution of the Mission Statement, which includes First Class Service to every customer. Shift Supervisors perform training functions, direct execution of standards and provide assistance and support to the Management team in achieving the goals of providing the best service to each guest. Team leaders work in collaboration with the Starbucks Restaurant Food and Beverage team to ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently, and daily task are completed from opening to closing to ensure optimal performance. Team leaders provide overall supervision to the team.
