We accelerate and enhance decision-making for investors and business leaders by unearthing unique expert insights across multiple sectors, geographies, and topics.

Why Join Us?
Third Bridge provides investors and business leaders with the insights they need to make better-informed decisions. Through expert consultations, investment research, transcripts and AI-enabled tools, we help some of the world’s leading investment firms access relevant information quickly.
We are looking for a commercially driven Relationship Manager to join our Credit business in Dallas.
This is a client-facing, commercially accountable role for someone who is ready to take ownership of a portfolio, build strong relationships with investment professionals and directly contribute to client retention and growth. You will work with sophisticated Credit investors across areas such as private credit, public credit, leveraged finance, distressed investing and structured credit. You will develop a strong understanding of their investment priorities, research workflows and evolving needs, then connect them with the most relevant Third Bridge products and services.
This is not a passive support position. You will be expected to identify opportunities, act with urgency and turn client insight and engagement data into clear action. You will also travel to the west coast one week per month to do dinners, etc. with clients. We are a high performing culture with a great, long tenured team.

- Manage a portfolio of Credit clients and develop a clear strategy for improving engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth.
- Build trusted relationships with investment professionals, research teams, operational stakeholders and commercial decision-makers across your accounts.
- Develop an understanding of each client’s investment strategies, team structure, research priorities and usage patterns.
- Translate longer-term account objectives into focused, measurable execution plans.
- Travel to west coast clients one week per month to host dinners, etc.
Increase Product Adoption and User Engagement
- Engage active users while identifying and activating new, inactive and under-engaged users across client organizations.
- Recommend relevant Third Bridge transcripts, research, expert consultations and AI-enabled tools based on current investment themes and individual client needs.
- Map client teams, offices and strategies to identify opportunities to broaden product adoption and strengthen account coverage.
- Deliver targeted outreach that demonstrates an understanding of the client’s work rather than relying on generic product promotion.
Drive Retention and Commercial Growth
- Take ownership of the health and commercial performance of your portfolio.
- Identify renewal risks early, understand their root causes and implement clear plans to address them.
- Partner with internal sales and account leadership teams to support renewals, cross-selling and account expansion opportunities.
- Track performance against engagement, retention and revenue objectives and adjust your approach when results are off track.
Use Data to Prioritize Action
- Regularly analyze usage, client activity, account risk and commercial performance.
- Turn data into clear priorities, including which accounts, teams and users require immediate attention.
- Maintain accurate account plans, client notes and follow-up actions.
- Use evidence and client feedback to assess what is working, what is not and where a different approach is needed.
Represent the Client Internally
- Act as the internal voice of the client by sharing relevant feedback, emerging needs and market observations.
- Partner with Third Bridge’s product, content, research and service teams to resolve issues and improve the client experience.
- Provide structured feedback that can help inform future product development and service improvements.
