Senior Specialist - Java Spring Boot Full Stack Developer

The Senior Specialist in this position will be required to own the design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support of complex features across Java/Spring backend services and React frontend applications. Also, deliver new business capabilities while improving the maintainability, performance, and reliability of existing functionality. And design and implement scalable APIs, integrations, and service-oriented solutions. You will also be troubleshooting complex technical issues across application, infrastructure, integration, and database layers. Furthermore, contribute to the modernization of a large legacy Java monolith using incremental migration approaches and modernization patterns. Also, identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve architecture, code quality, and operational efficiency. And participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and implementation planning. Drive adoption of engineering best practices, coding standards, automated testing, and secure development practices. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Also, support cloud-native deployments on Azure and/or AWS. And participate in monitoring, observability, incident management, and root cause analysis activities. Lastly, contribute to improving system reliability, scalability, and operational readiness.
