WEEKEND Behavior Technician Per Diem

This is a per diem (10-12 hours) Weekend position. Specifically for Saturdays and Sundays in Nanticoke, PA. Hourly Rate: + $1/hour pay differential Beyond Behavior Consulting is looking for a strong candidate for a Behavior Technician available on weekends only. We hope to find a candidate with 2 or more years of experience in the field and is motivated and driven by a challenging but rewarding job. Position Summary: The Behavior Technician will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the home and community settings on the weekends only. Essential Responsibilities: Provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy as directed by senior staff Follow and Implement behavior plan Record data and graph as required Keep open communication with treatment team and families to ensure progress and transfer of skills Complete session documentation and paperwork Provide 1:1 ABA services to clients in the home, school, or community Attends supervision sessions to discuss feedback Attends quarterly staff meetings
