Global Director, Talent Acquisition

Pizza Hut is seeking an experienced and strategic Director, Global Talent Acquisition & Strategy to lead our global Talent Acquisition function from our Global Headquarters in Plano, Texas. This role is a unique opportunity to build the future of Talent Acquisition at Pizza Hut. The Director will lead the transformation of the function by developing enterprise talent strategies, implementing a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS), establishing scalable recruiting processes and new ways of working, and creating a best-in-class candidate and hiring leader experience.
