About the role

Mayflower is a technology company building large-scale entertainment products for a global audience. Our platforms serve millions of users worldwide and rank among the top-50 most visited websites globally. For more than 10 years, we've been creating reliable, high-performance solutions at the intersection of product, engineering, and entertainment. The role is focused primarily on managing and expanding relationships with existing payment partners, including PSPs, acquirers, APM providers, gateways, and payment infrastructure partners. Targeted sourcing of new partners will also be part of this role. This is not a pure sales role , not a technical integration role, and not a payment analytics role. We are looking for a structured, assertive, business-side payments professional who can own partner communication, follow-ups, commercial coordination, documentation, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities Manage and strengthen relationships with existing payment partners: PSPs, acquirers, APMs, gateways, and payment infrastructure providers. Identify opportunities to expand cooperation with current partners: new geographies, payment methods, verticals, products, or improved terms. Maintain a clear documentation and pipeline with statuses, contacts, commercial terms, next steps, risks, and follow-up dates. Own partner follow-ups and ensure no active topic is lost. Support commercial negotiations with partners, including pricing, fees, reserves, payout terms, settlement terms, SLA, onboarding timelines, and support obligations. Perform initial commercial review of partner proposals and agreements. Coordinate the business side of partnership and provide communication support to technical/product teams. Work with CSM and Sales teams on partner-related requests, while helping validate business value and priority. Run targeted sourcing of new payment partners from business case to launch. Prepare structured weekly pipeline updates and escalate blockers, risks, or commercial issues when needed.
