School RN Lead

The Head Nurse provides clinical leadership and oversight for the School Health Services Program across Wilton Public Schools, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, responsive care to approximately 4,000 students across four public schools, as well as mandated services for private schools within Wilton. The Head Nurse is responsible for supervising all school nursing staff, ensuring full compliance with Connecticut Department of Public Health mandates, Board of Education policies, HIPAA, and FERPA regulations, and serving as the primary clinical liaison among school administration, families, and healthcare providers.
