Transportation Analyst

Position Summary : The Transportation Analyst is focused on high-volume parcel shipping analysis and LTL freight booking utilizing carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL. This position is responsible for executing daily shipment booking, selecting appropriate parcel and LTL service levels, monitoring in-transit performance, and identifying exceptions. The role blends hands-on transportation execution with data analysis to spot trends, recurring carrier issues, cost drivers, and service failures, including filing and managing claims for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.
