Dental Assistant (Part Time)

Specifics about the role: • Part-Time ◦ Schedule: Monday 9-5 & Tuesday 8-4 • Benefits: Uniform Allowance, Competitive wages, Free Parking What you’ll do: • Assist the dentist chairside during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. • Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms following strict infection control protocols. • Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures. • Take and develop X-rays (if certified) and maintain accurate patient records. • Support front desk operations as needed, including scheduling and patient communication. • Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinic environment. What you’ll bring to the role: • New grads are welcome to apply. • Certification as a Registered Dental Assistant and in good standing with the CADA. • Experience with Cleardent & Primescan would be considered an asset. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, you’re as good at explaining care as you are at providing it. • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, you’re comfortable managing a busy schedule with ease. • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit clinical team. • Comfort with dental software systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience is a bonus!
