Facade Project Manager - Medellin, Colombia

As a Façade Project Manager, you will: - Lead the technical delivery of façade design and consultancy services. - Collaborate and coordinate with other project participants including Architects, owners, consultants, contractors and the project team. - Lead and plan broken-off tasks or efforts appropriately and independently, assign work to internal staff and budget time, review progress, provide quality checks and markups, meet deadlines, and communicate progress as needed or directed by the PM or Associate to external parties. - Work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously. - Understand project scope, proactively track project deliverables/milestones and risks to exceeding scope and effectively communicate updates or alerts to PM and/or Associate.
