Senior Solutions Engineer

Position Overview:

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Diligent, you will partner closely with Sales to help organizations understand how our platform can transform the way they operationalise ethics, compliance and broader governance, risk, and audit programs. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating Ethics & Compliance and broader GRC challenges into clear, compelling solutions that drive real business value. This role is ideal for someone who brings both strong commercial instincts and real practitioner experience in Ethics & Compliance program management, with hands-on exposure to policy, conflicts of interest, speak-up, and third-party risk and due diligence.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer & Commercial Partnership

• Partner closely with Sales to support the full pre-sales lifecycle, helping customers understand how Diligent solves real-world Ethics & Compliance challenges.

• Deliver tailored, high-impact software demonstrations that clearly articulate business value and operational outcomes - not just product features.

• Engage confidently with senior leaders across Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Governance, Risk & Audit teams.

• Translate customer pain points into clear solution narratives, including quantified outcomes and success criteria, that support deal progression and closure.

• Own the technical win in partnership with Sales, including managing evaluations, sandbox environments, and stakeholder questions.

• Act as a strategic advisor on how organizations can strengthen and modernize Ethics & Compliance programs using Diligent.
