The Branch Manager II is responsible for the daily sales, service, and operation of a full service bank branch, as well as customer solutions support. Creates a work environment to foster a high production branch. Manages, supervises, and develops branch staff in the delivery of bank services, cross-selling of bank products, and relationship management. Functions in multiple branch roles to accomplish objectives.
