What You’ll Do: Partner with the Head Teacher to create a classroom environment where every child feels safe, seen, and supported Help bring curriculum to life through thoughtful, individualized instruction that meets each child’s individual needs Use positive guidance techniques that build children’s confidence and create a calm, structured environment Observe and document children’s growth weekly Collaborate with specialists and support staff to address children’s individual needs Build warm, trusting relationships with families through communication, home visits, and engagement events Maintain a beautiful, organized classroom that reflects TEAM’s commitment to safety and innovation Actively participate in professional development, staff meetings, and agency events
