Job Summary The Talent Management Consultant assists with the implementation of the human resources agenda/strategies in the subsidiary (ECR) by assuming several operational, supportive, and administrative responsibilities and programs. The responsibilities cover a range of different activities including but not limited to the conduct of internal investigations, managing employer-employee relationships, affecting required labor reporting, requiring the role of the Human Resources Officer to perform as an advisor/consultant, partner, liaison, or facilitator to ensure the unit’s effectiveness, as well as the businesses’ productivity.
