About this Position What you´ll do Leads entire plant cell/department Strong role-model in safety, quality and ongoing delivery of the high standards Owning in process and output measures of the Cell (output KPIs: safety, quality, op.excellence, productivity and cost) (In-process KPIs: qualification level, DMS execution, loss elimination) Builds the business: ongoing improvement and projects execution Builds the organization: builds and develops the team. Develops the leaders of others in his/her organization Implements Lean manufacturing according the Henkel standards (HPS) as a way of work in his/her Cell Strives for ongoing improvement: implementing of the best industry practices, Self and team development
