FitRec - Facilities Assistant

Facility Assistants serve as the face of Belmont University's Department of Fitness and Recreation, supporting daily operations across a variety of recreational spaces, including the fitness center, climbing wall, Picklebeach, and Esports Studio. Team members provide exceptional customer service, assist participants, monitor facility spaces, enforce departmental policies, and help maintain safe, clean, and welcoming environments. Responsibilities may vary depending on the assigned program area but all positions contribute to creating exceptional recreational experiences for the Belmont community. Facility Assistants work 6–15 hours per week, including evening and weekend shifts.
