Data Insights Analyst

Your responsibilities Support clients in their journey towards a data driven way of working by bridging the gap between business and technology; You’ll gather business requirements and document these in user stories and business use cases; Tackle business requirements by helping business users get the right insights out of data; Able to understand the strategic goals of our clients, pinpoint the value of data and understand + communicate the role and value of data in this regard; Translate the above in a clear well defined roadmap and understand which approach to use when (pilots and proofs of concept roadmap); Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of the solution, in line with the expectations of business stakeholders; You are responsible for the overall quality of delivery and, later on, for coaching your more junior colleagues; Participate in advisory of clients on the set-up of data departments and teams (incl. defining roles and responsibilities).
