Senior Talent Acquisition Expert Your Role As our Senior Talent Acquisition Expert, you take ownership of the full 360 recruitment cycle and help Shelly attract the people who will shape the future of smart living. You partner closely with hiring managers, build smart recruitment strategies, source and engage top talent, and make sure every candidate has a clear, professional, and genuinely human experience with us. Requirements • You have 5+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-moving tech or product company • You have solid experience in IT recruitment and know how to approach hard-to-fill engineering roles • You understand technical profiles such as software, hardware, embedded, firmware, QA, or similar engineering positions • You have hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, job boards, and recruitment platforms • You use sourcing techniques that go beyond posting and waiting — you know where to look and how to engage passive candidates • You have experience using AI tools or automation to make recruitment faster, smarter, and more efficient • You communicate confidently with hiring managers and know how to challenge, guide, and advise them when needed • You are comfortable managing several roles at the same time without losing focus on quality • You care about candidate experience and know that every interaction represents the company • You are proactive, organized, curious, and not afraid to try new approaches when the usual ones do not work Responsibilities • You partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, team dynamics, role requirements, and priorities • You build recruitment strategies for different roles, with a strong focus on IT and hard-to-fill engineering positions • You manage the full recruitment cycle, from role intake and job posting to sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, and offer support • You source and approach passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, job boards, referrals, and other channels • You screen candidates and assess their skills, motivation, expectations, and overall fit for Shelly • You take part in interviews and support hiring managers with structured feedback and candidate evaluation • You manage job ads, recruitment tools, ATS workflows, and candidate pipelines in a clear and organized way • You use AI tools and automation to improve sourcing, screening, communication, reporting, and recruitment efficiency • You follow market trends and bring fresh ideas on how to attract strong technical talent • You help build a positive candidate experience that feels professional and honest Benefits Work: • A welcoming, collaborative team • Meaningful products and services that people actually use and love. • Learning opportunities to sharpen your skills • Competitive salary + Performance bonuses • Modern office in a great location • Fun team buildings and company events Lifestyle: • 26 days of paid annual leave • Flexible working hours • Additional health insurance • Free access to all Shelly devices (yes, you can smarten up your whole home!) • Multisport Card • Fully sponsored yearly public transport card Ready to join the Shelly Revolution?
