Inventory Management Analyst - Government Property

Job Summary : Job Summary: SEACORP is seeking an Inventory Management Analyst to assist in the administration of the Government Property Management program. This person will be a member of the Contracts Department and will execute a variety of inventory management and physical audit functions in a company-wide role. Core Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation and administration of SEACORP’s Property Management System. Learn how to operate the newest eQuip Upgraded Government Framework software and become a software program administrator. Learn, or develop your knowledge of, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) rules regarding Government Property for defense contractors. Work in tandem with Contracts, Purchasing, Accounting, and Technical teams to ensure accurate inventory records are kept and proper custodianship of assets is maintained. Serve as a resource for Logisticians to ensure company-wide inventory procedures are consistently applied across technical program areas. Provide Purchasing and Receiving assistance as needed. Conduct physical inventories.
