SECURITY OFFICER

Job Description: Security Officer’s will be responsible for the safety and security of our guest and in supporting the Security department. Job Requirements: Assist with activities regarding guest and team member safety, gaming regulations and company policies and procedures. Help enforce local, state, and federal regulations and aid when needed. Write incident reports, ensuring accurate handling of information according to company standards. Provide guidance and direction to team members and guests. Assist guest and team members with their lost and found items. Follow all rules and procedures. Conduct arrests, investigations, inspections, interviews, and other duties as required throughout the casino environment. Work outdoors during inclement weather conditions including but not limited to, shoveling snow, and withstanding hot and or cold conditions. Provide daily protection of company assets. Maintain an open line of communication with Management. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow team members, and vendors. Other duties as assigned.
