America's Auto Auction - Baton Rouge 3960 Blount Road Baton Rouge, LA 70807 Part-Time Vehicle Transport Driver (Non-CDL) Pay for Part-time Vehicle Transport Driver (Non-CDL) $13.00 per hour (to start with a 90 day review) Opportunity to go to full-time with benefits Work Hours for Part-time Vehicle Transport Driver (Non-CDL): Wednesday 9-5 Thursday 8-5 Friday 9-1 Responsibilities for Part-time Vehicle Transport Driver (Non-CDL): Perform vehicle safety inspections prior to operation. Check and top off all vehicle fluids (excluding fuel) and report fluids used for documentation purposes. Properly fuel vehicles, based on trip requirements. Monitor vehicle performance and safely stop operation if overheating or mechanical issues occur. Help prevent vehicle breakdowns and stranded vehicle situations. Ensure vehicles are properly secured, labeled, and prepared for transport. Follow assigned transportation routes and remain with the designated transport group. Deliver vehicles to the correct dealership locations and park them as directed. Ensure vehicles are parked in their designated sale-day locations. Use of a jump box to address low voltage batteries. Requirements Requirements for Part-time Vehicle Transport Driver (Non-CDL): Able to work the part-time hours listed. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous driving or courier experience is a plus but not required. Highly organized, self-motivated, and self-disciplined. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid driver's license required. Must successfully pass all pre-employment screenings.
