SERVER

Under general supervision, performs food preparation and service duties in different areas and for varied functions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Serve food and beverages of the highest quality to ensure customer satisfaction. Set rooms to ensure they are ready for planned functions to include arrangement of tables, movement of tables and chairs, place settings, condiment containers and napkins. Remain pleasant and alert to needs of property owners and their guests. Prepare alcoholic beverages as needed. Keep server side stations stocked, cleaned and organized. Take and serve food and drink orders to a variety of people. Assist with bartending duties, if qualified. Advise Kitchen Supervisor of inventory needs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Dependable, pleasant attitude, appearance and personal hygiene, a must. Consideration of members and guests. Perform other duties as assigned and required.
